Cristina Bota

Teacher Assistant

Hello! I am Cristina Bota and I am very excited to be joining the ISO team as a Nursery Teaching Assistant.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in English-French Language and Literature (2020), as well as a Master’s degree in Types of Modernity in Anglo-Francophone Spaces (2022).

During university, I enjoyed taking part in extracurricular projects with children, such as the Reading Club in French at the county library, or the Reading a Sculpture project at the museum.

Personally, I believe that working with children provides the opportunity to shape characters, teach them about themselves and the world around them, and form in them the desire for knowledge. Their progress, their growth and curiosity provide a source of constant joy.

As I am an art, literature and culture lover, my hobbies include reading, painting, scrapbooking, doing calligraphy, travelling and visiting museums. Besides these, I take frequent walks in nature and I sometimes go hiking with friends.“The more that you read, the more things you will know, the more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.”– Dr. Seuss
