My name is Dóra Aczél. I am a passionate volunteer and by this I mean being passionate about all aspects of education. In education I mostly have experience of outdoor and non-formal activities. These include camps, games and training. I enjoy these with all of the fun, discussion and time they require. I have previously organised camps for children with serious illnesses and will draw on may range of experiences in my new role at ISO.
As admissions officer I will be talking about ISO to potential ISO families. I am the one who will show them around and be available for parents to ask questions – yes all of their questions! I will try to answer them or search for the answers together.
As for my education: I studied Philosophy, but unfortunately didn’t find the Sorcerer’s Stone, so I will keep searching! I have finished a very satisfying online Harvard course about Leaders of Learning. I also studied how to be a good trainer and how to be a project manager. Although I never studied, I have explored journalism and writing quite a lot.
I am a continuous learner (mostly from children) about how to be honest and credible all the time. They are the masters of it.
