Hello everyone, my name is Elizabeth Pierce, I’m very happy to be a part of and contribute to the ISO team here in Oradea. 

After living in a few different places, I decided to return to Romania, and am looking forward to applying both my knowledge and experience into teaching English here. My hope as a teacher is to instruct, build up, and encourage the students throughout our time together, to the best of my capacity. 

When it comes to being both a student and a teacher, what is most important is recognizing effort and doing things with excellence, to the best of our abilities. I seek to celebrate children’s desire to learn and improve, and prioritize progress over perfection. My goal as a teacher is to help each student gain confidence and expand their knowledge to a greater degree than they were previously at. Through time, work, and patience, I believe we can achieve a great deal during our time together!
