Hello everyone! My name is Diana Rada, and I am a nurse at ISO Kindergarten. I am very grateful to work surrounded by children, to protect them, to make them feel safe in our school and why not be friends too.

I graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Medicine from Oradea in 2021, specializing in nursing, and I also obtained a master’s degree in Health Services Management in 2023, just to enrich my medical experience.

I worked for a year in the oncology department of the Municipal Hospital in Oradea, where I learned a lot and where I managed to share what I learned during my student years, but I think that now, I have found my place here at ISO.

In my opinion, these children are adults in miniature, just like an adult, they have needs, which must be listened to, understood and that only with our help can they develop in society.

Children’s health and their education go hand in hand. Strengthening school nurses facilitate the educational process by increasing and protecting the health status of children and staff.
