Hello everyone!

My name is Diana Rada, and I am the School Nurse at ISO Kindergarten. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to work surrounded by children, to protect them, help them feel safe and secure in our school.

I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy in Oradea in 2021, specialising in General Nursing. In 2023, I also completed a Master’s degree in Health Services Management, as I wanted to further develop my professional knowledge and experience in the healthcare field.

I worked for one year in the Oncology Department of Oradea Municipal Hospital, where I learned a great deal and had the opportunity to put into practice the knowledge and skills I had gained during my university studies. However, I believe that I have truly found my place here at ISO, where I can combine my medical experience with my passion for working with children.

In my opinion, children are like little adults. Just like adults, they have needs, emotions and fears that need to be listened to, understood and respected. I believe that, with our support and guidance, we can help them grow into healthy, confident and responsible individuals.

Children’s health and education go hand in hand. School nurses play an important role in supporting and facilitating the educational process by promoting and protecting the health and wellbeing of both children and the wider school community.

Starting with this school year, I am also very happy to take on a new role within the school as a Receptionist, which will allow me to be even more involved in the wider ISO community. This new responsibility will give me the opportunity to contribute not only to the health and safety of our children, but also to the smooth running of our daily activities and to creating a warm, welcoming and positive environment for children, parents, colleagues and visitors.

I see this new role as a wonderful opportunity to learn new things, grow professionally and, most importantly, continue contributing to the ISO community with the same care and dedication.

I am very happy to be part of this team, and I look forward to another year of learning, growing and making a difference together!
