An experienced educator, I am a firm believer in the need for students to be encouraged to look beyond the surface of the subjects they study and consider the wider implications and uses for what they are learning. In this way students can begin to make connections and apply their learning in different aspects of their lives.

Having started teaching at a Primary School in Romford, on the outskirts of London, I have been fortunate enough to spend time in various countries around the world. The experiences of teaching internationally have helped me to develop an understanding of the need to learn from other cultures and embrace new experiences. 

This year I will be taking on the responsibility of Deputy Head Teacher for the Primary and Secondary school, I look forward to the excitement and challenges this will offer for the coming year.
