Hello and welcome!
My name is Florina Ciobanu, and I’m proud to be the Secretary for the incredible children of ISO, as well as the Coordinator of the Next Gen Conference & Erasmus Projects. Each day here is a chance to grow, to connect, and to be part of something truly special and I’m so grateful to be on this journey with our vibrant ISO family.

What makes ISO feel so special to me are the values we hold close to our hearts: Learn, Respect, Succeed, Empathy, Integrity, and Teamwork. These are more than just guiding words, they are living, breathing parts of who I am. I truly believe in them, I act on them, and I try to reflect them in every interaction, every conversation, every shared moment.

What I believe in

For me, connection is at the heart of everything. I believe in a future built on authentic connection, collaboration, and understanding.
I believe in creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment where students, families, and staff feel seen, heard, and valued. Whether you need help, want to share something, or just feel like chatting, my door is always open. I’m here to listen, to help, and to celebrate every little and big moment along the way.

I often carry with me the story of the red thread, the invisible thread that connects us to those we’re meant to meet, no matter the time, place, or distance. I believe each child who walks through our doors is part of that thread, woven into our shared story for a reason. And every connection we make adds another touch of magic to our journey together.
