Hello!

My name is Florina Ciobanu and I am the Secretary of ISO amazing children here at ISO and I am looking forward to an experience full of learning, adventures and memories along with my extended ISO family!

My Education and Professional Background

I was born and raised in Oradea. My undergraduate degree is from University of Oradea, Faculty of International Relations and European Studies (RISE) and I earned my Masters in Evaluation of European Public Policies and Programs (EPPPE) from Oradea University.

I have spent my second year of Faculty as an Erasmus Student at  Faculté de Droit et Science politique – Université de Montpellier  in France, this leads me to be fluent in English and French.

My PhilosophyI believe it is vital to build positive and caring relationships with students, families, and staff members. When you walk into my office, I hope that you feel welcomed, relaxed, and know that it is a safe place to communicate needs, concerns, or just talk casually. I can`t wait to get to know each and every amazing child of ISO!
