Governance

International School of Oradea is a not-for-profit private international school registered as a subsidiary of ISO Foundation (Asociatia ISO), under Romanian Law.

The ISO Board appoints an Executive Director who is responsible for the direct control and running of the school. General policy is decided by the School’s Senior Leadership Team. Financial management is carried out by ISO Foundation.

The ISO Foundation has these institutions as it’s founding members:

  • Lumina Foundation
  • Lumina Educational Institutions
  • Oradea City Hall

  • Vugar Babayev: Board member – General Educational Coordinator of Lumina Educational Institutions
  • Ahmet Dundar: Executive Director – ISO Foundation
  • Laurentiu Chiana: Board member – Oradea City Hall
  • Anamaria Szilagyi: Board member – Lumina Foundation
  • Said Filizoglu: Board member – Lumina Educational Institutions

Senior Leadership Team (SLT)

The Executive Director, Deputy Headteacher, Romanian Line Director, Educational Coordinators, Head of EY, and Assistant Headteacher. The Executive Director is the head of the SLT and reports to the Board.
