Her passion for intercultural education and her openness to innovation align seamlessly with ISO’s mission of preparing children to become independent thinkers, empathetic leaders, and active global citizens.
Having recently joined the international education environment, Ioana is excited to contribute her experience and values to the vibrant, multicultural community of ISO, embracing its ethos of “Learn, Respect, Succeed” as well as its guiding values of Empathy, Teamwork, and Integrity.
Her guiding belief can be summarised in her own words:
“Education is not about filling minds, but about opening doors—helping children discover who they are, what they can become, and how they can shape the world with kindness and purpose.”
