Raluca Igna

Wellbeing Leader

I am a clinical psychologist and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist. The basis of my training as a psychologist started at Babes-Bolyai University, the Albert Ellis Institute and through participation in various post-graduate courses, workshops and conferences at home and abroad. During my professional journey for over 10 years, I have worked in the university and private environment, with adults and children, on a wide range of situations.

My belief is that as adults, parents, educators, or counselors, we have a duty to care for the universes of those smaller than ourselves, which, from my position at ISO, represents attention to the emotions, thoughts, behaviors of children, as well as the relationships that are established between them. All this influences well-being, their active participation in classes, the ability to synthesize knowledge and social interactions with colleagues and teachers.

I am here to create the right development context for everyone, depending on their specific needs and strategies, so that they can enjoy their school experience as much as possible.
